Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tile Matching 3D ("the App") provided by SwedSwap ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) modify, distribute, or create derivative works; (c) use cheats, bots, hacks, or third-party tools that interfere with gameplay; (d) use the App in violation of any law.

3. In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (virtual coins, remove ads, etc.) processed through Google Play. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by Google Play's refund policy. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may modify pricing and offerings at any time.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by advertising. By using the App you consent to seeing ads served by third-party networks (see Privacy Policy for details). Rewarded ads grant in-game rewards as advertised, but availability of any specific ad cannot be guaranteed.

5. User content

The App may allow you to submit content (e.g., usernames, leaderboard names). You retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App. You are responsible for the content you submit; do not submit anything illegal, infringing, or offensive.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, attempts to cheat, abuses the service, or uses the App fraudulently. Banned accounts forfeit any virtual currency and progress without refund.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (b) USD $20. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwedSwap from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
