1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tile Matching 3D, its website and connected services (together, the "Service") provided by SwedSwap ("SwedSwap", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The general game is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age at which you may independently agree to digital services or data processing in your country, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
Play & Earn is intended only for users aged 18 or older. Do not access sponsored reward campaigns if you are under 18.
3. Your license to use the game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Tile Matching 3D on devices you own or control for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass security, modify network traffic or use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted by contract.
4. Virtual coins, rewards and purchases
- Coins, boosters and other virtual items are licensed digital game features. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or property.
- Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, traded or redeemed for cash. They have no value outside Tile Matching 3D.
- We may adjust game balance, prices, availability or the amount of virtual items where reasonably needed for gameplay, security, legal or technical reasons.
- Optional purchases are processed by Google Play and are also governed by its terms and refund rules. We do not process your payment card directly.
- Except where law requires otherwise, consumed virtual items and properly delivered digital content are not refundable through us. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Play & Earn missions
Play & Earn is an optional sponsored feature. It lets eligible adult players complete actions in third-party games or apps for Tile Matching 3D coins. Every campaign may set its own country, device, installation, time, event, level, order and deadline requirements.
Before you start
- Open the campaign inside Tile Matching 3D and read the complete earning path, payout and eligibility conditions.
- Install or open the advertised game through the campaign route when required. A prior installation may make you ineligible.
- Use the same genuine Android device and Player ID throughout the campaign unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
- Enable Android Usage Access only if you choose a time-based mission and accept the disclosure shown before Android settings open.
Hybrid missions
A hybrid campaign can alternate verified playtime and advertiser-reported events. Steps must be completed in the displayed order. For example: play 10 minutes → reach level 5 → play another 15 minutes. Time accumulated before an event unlocks the next time step does not count toward that later step.
Campaigns, availability and reward amounts can change or end. Starting a campaign does not guarantee that every later milestone will remain available if a campaign expires, reaches capacity, is paused for compliance, or the advertiser withdraws it, subject to applicable consumer law.
6. How rewards are verified
Tile Matching 3D, AdSwedMedia and participating advertisers or measurement providers may verify completion using install referrer/campaign tokens, device and session identifiers, foreground playtime, integrity signals and server-to-server postbacks for in-game events.
- A reward may be pending while a provider confirms an event.
- Duplicate or replayed events do not create extra rewards.
- A milestone may be rejected when it is out of order, outside the campaign window, unsupported by the advertiser's record, completed on a different device or ineligible under the displayed rules.
- We may correct or reverse coins credited because of an obvious technical error, refund, invalid event or confirmed fraud. We will not remove legitimately earned rewards arbitrarily.
Reward support
If a qualifying reward is missing, use our Play & Earn support form promptly with your Player ID, campaign name, milestone, approximate completion time and any screenshots. We will review our logs and available partner records in good faith. A partner's delayed or missing postback can delay the investigation.
7. Fair-play and anti-fraud rules
You must not attempt to obtain rewards through:
- bots, macros, automation, click farms or simulated gameplay;
- emulators, app cloning, rooted/tampered environments, traffic manipulation or copied identifiers/tokens used to misrepresent a device or completion;
- VPN, proxy, mock location or other tools used to evade campaign geography or eligibility;
- multiple accounts/Player IDs, repeated reinstalls, shared devices or other duplicate claims for the same campaign or milestone;
- false support evidence, exploiting errors, interfering with verification or violating the advertised app's terms.
Security signals are assessed in context. We may hold, reject or reverse affected rewards and restrict Play & Earn access where reasonably necessary to protect players, advertisers and the Service.
8. Advertising and third-party services
The free game may show third-party advertising, including rewarded ads. Play & Earn campaigns lead to third-party apps and services that we do not own. Their content, availability, safety, purchases, gameplay and data practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are responsible for operating Tile Matching 3D and reviewing reward records available to us; we are not the publisher of an advertised game and cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation. Report misleading, unsafe or inappropriate campaigns to us.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
Features may differ by country, device, Android version, language, consent choice and app version. We may update, pause or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, law, partner availability or product changes. We will use reasonable care to preserve valid progress and comply with mandatory rights, but the Service is not guaranteed to be available without interruption.
10. Intellectual property and player submissions
Tile Matching 3D, its software, artwork, branding, game content and website are owned by or licensed to SwedSwap and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. If you submit a leaderboard nickname or support material, you retain your underlying rights but allow us to store, display and process it as needed to provide or support the Service. Do not submit illegal, infringing or abusive content.
Before publishing or changing a public leaderboard name, you must accept the leaderboard rules shown in the app. Names must not contain abusive, sexual, hateful, infringing, impersonating, promotional, contact or personal information. You can tap another player's public entry to report the name for review or hide that player locally. We may remove or replace a name, restrict leaderboard access or suspend repeat offenders after review. Do not misuse the reporting tools.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a serious or repeated breach, confirmed fraud, security risk, legal requirement or harm to others. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or a way to contact support. Fraudulently obtained virtual items may be forfeited; mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that every device, ad, campaign or third-party service will always work without interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, third-party app failures, lost opportunities from an expired campaign, or problems caused by your device, network, unauthorized modifications or violation of these Terms. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is fair and enforceable in your jurisdiction.
13. Applicable law and changes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of the Service, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or access to courts available in the country where you live. Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
We may update these Terms when the Service, partners or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through another appropriate notice. Changes do not retroactively remove rewards validly earned under the rules that applied at completion unless required to correct fraud or an obvious error.
