Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SwedSwap ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the mobile application Tile Matching 3D ("the App") published on Google Play.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Automatically collected

• Device identifier: a randomly generated UUID we create on first launch, stored locally. We may also collect the device advertising ID for ad personalization (you can reset/opt out in Android settings).
• Device data: device model, OS version, app version, language, country (derived from IP), platform (Android/iOS).
• Usage data: session start/end times, levels played, scores, in-game events (taps, button clicks), crashes and exceptions.
• Ad data: ad impressions, network used, placement, reward status, and (when available) estimated revenue.

1.2 You do not provide

We do not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location.

1.3 In-app purchases

If you make a purchase, we receive a transaction identifier, SKU, amount, currency, and platform from Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details.

2. How we use the information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App and game balance.
• Show personalized and non-personalized ads (see §4).
• Detect cheating, abuse, and crashes.
• Measure marketing campaign performance (acquisition source, ROAS).

3. Legal bases (EU/UK users)

We rely on (a) your consent for personalized advertising and analytics; (b) our legitimate interest in operating the service, fraud prevention, and crash diagnostics; and (c) contract performance for in-app purchases.

4. Advertising and third parties

The App displays ads from Google AdMob and third-party ad networks. Each may collect device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and similar data to serve ads. The current list:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — see firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• OneSignal for push notifications — see onesignal.com/privacy_policy.
• Google Play Games Services for leaderboards — see policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep analytics data for up to 24 months. Purchase records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 5-7 years). You can request deletion (see §8).

7. Sharing

We share information with: (a) the ad networks listed above, (b) Google Play (for purchases), (c) hosting providers (server: swedreward.com / cPanel infrastructure), (d) law enforcement when legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

8. Your rights

• Access / deletion: email contact@swedswap.com with your in-app player ID (Settings → About).
• Opt-out of personalized ads: Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization", or iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
• EU/UK users: right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
• California (CCPA): right to know, delete, and opt-out of "sale" — we do not sell data.

9. Security

We use HTTPS for all server communication. Passwords (for our developer admin) are hashed with bcrypt. We do not store payment card details.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, and other countries where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted in the App.
